Questions venues ask us
Nothing per booking. The 9% service fee is paid by the customer, not by you. And if you're one of the first 150 venues in your city, there's no membership fee for your first 6 months.
A membership fee applies from then on. We'll share the details well before your free period ends — no surprises.
Through Stripe, straight to your bank account. You connect it once from your dashboard; every confirmed booking is transferred to you on Stripe's regular payout schedule.
If you cancel, the customer gets a full refund automatically. If the customer cancels, they don't get a refund and the slot is released. A no-show is a paid booking — you keep it.
Usually within one business day. We check your KVK registration and website by hand, then email you as soon as your account is live.
No. You only list the slots you want, when you want. There's no minimum, no schedule to maintain, and you can cancel an offer at any time before it's booked.
